Orders are currently shipped to addresses within the United States from our US inventory.

Processing time

Orders are normally processed within 1 business day, excluding weekends and US public holidays. After shipment, customers receive tracking information by email.

Shipping rate and delivery estimate

Standard shipping is currently $8.99 USD unless a promotion or a different checkout rate is shown. Estimated delivery is 3-7 business days after dispatch. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and can be affected by carrier delays, severe weather, incorrect addresses, or peak-season volume.

Address accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Contact neokratosgear@outlook.com immediately if an address needs correction. We cannot guarantee changes after an order enters fulfillment.
