Refund policy

We accept return requests within 30 days after delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which it was received, with all included accessories, manuals, and original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

To start a return, contact us at neokratosgear@outlook.com. Do not send products back without return authorization. Approved returns must be sent to the US return address provided in the return authorization. The return location may differ from the original outbound warehouse.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos or video. We will review the claim and provide an appropriate replacement, repair, or refund.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping for change-of-mind, preference, or compatibility returns. NEOKRATOS covers reasonable return shipping for verified damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless the return is caused by our error. Bank processing times may vary.

Return exclusions

Downloaded content, modified storage cards, and products damaged by unauthorized firmware changes, misuse, liquid, impact, or improper power supplies are not eligible for return unless required by law.
